All items from Feathered Boss Graphics are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed shipping caused by the carrier


 

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

Incorrect Address:

Feathered Boss Graphics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for refunds.





Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If there is an issue with your order due to damage or defect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

 

 

Refund Processing:

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
